I work directly for a developer in sales, so have different agents bringing clients through our project on a daily basis. Drewe bought his clients to us, and the whole time showed great respect and care for his clients as well as our development and team...and we got the sale done! Drewe practically bent over backwards to make our lives easier, right down to helping us sell off some household items as we downsized. His personality and helpfulness could not be more appropriate for the role he fulfills. Drewe has contacts everywhere which makes him the ideal real estate person. Could recommend him to anyone seeking a representative or liaison person in the wild and woolly world of real estate and development.

As the home was priced spot on to the valuation and final price, no mucking around :-). We got a sense that Drewe was not wanting to mess around and mislead us, so high marks here, assume the sellers would also be happy too! Drewe's professional and a super nice bloke to deal with. He provided honest insight on building works we had in mind post settlement as this was new for us. Now that we are in we feel even more relieved that the Agent was Drewe. Kept communication open post contract, through to final settlement (which was longer than normal) to ensure we would hit our dates. He was calm and collected all the way through. We can't highly recommend Luxe and Co highly enough especially Drewe. Cheers Mate!!

We engaged Drewe (from Luxe & Co at Hope Island) to sell our family home after living their for 22 years, because we intended buying suitable land around the Northern Gold Coast area and building our next dream home in the near future. Not only did Drewe sell our house for the price we wanted inside two weeks, he sourced a brand new four bedroom rental property for us to reside in and found the perfect block of land for us to buy. We are currently in negotiations with Drewe's business partner (Damien Waters from Luxe & Co) to perhaps facilitate the build for our next house and we have been totally spoiled by the exceptional treatment we have received since day one. Drewe's knowledge of the current Real Estate market was absolutely spot on and his commitment to helping us realise our future goals was exceptional. We found Drewe to be totally honest, professional and extremely diligent in all respects and his communication throughout the entire process along with his eye for detail was exemplary. He put us in touch with an awesome removalist company (Brighten Your Day Removals), and even offered to lend us a hand with the move if we needed extra help!!! Drewe is a completely trustworthy individual, who's word is his bond. He is a tireless worker who couldn't do enough for us. He made what we thought was going to be a challenging time, into a completely stress free and seamless experience and we would call on Drewe again in an instant for any future Real Estate endeavors we may wish to pursue. He is genuine and caring and we simply cannot recommend Drewe highly enough; A true champion working within a complete one stop Real Estate; Finance; Rental and Project Management Company. As a buyer who searched for a year, Drewe was the only Realestate who seemed to be most transparent in the process. Other real estates dragged us along knowing the sellers lowest pice just to push other buyers up. Post contract Drewe and team could not have been anymore helpful, a rare find that after sales service was so high. Would Beal with again.

Before engaging Luxe and Co, we were very impressed with their integrity and honesty. Once engaged, Drewe was the ultimate professional from the start. We were impressed with the way he and his Principal, Damian, conducted our open house inspections, providing coffee, cake etc. to prospective buyers, with the outcome of the house being sold in three days and our price being achieved. An outstanding performance. We highly recommend Drewe to any prospective seller.
