Our initial dealing with Disha was amazing! She was very understanding of our situation and assisted us in every possible way prior to handover. It wasn’t until the day we received the keys where we saw her true colours. We were told the house would be professionally cleaned (as expected considering it was a brand new house) and what we found was an extremely dirty house with paint all over the floors, dust in nearly all areas of the house, paint touch ups not rectified, missing caulking in areas, no fly screens, a leaking hot water service and an unfinished rangehood installation! We still haven’t heard from her after nearly a month of being in the house (we were assured day after day that they were coming to install fly screens) We were also stuck with not one but 2 for sale boards on our nature strip (which we were also told would get picked up prior to moving in) and we have since called the office as we no longer want to deal with her and have had only one board picked up but still have one sitting on our nature strip?? We were told the board was from a sale across the road which I have no idea why it’s still sitting on my nature strip? As of today, we have had no contact from her, a leaking hot water service, no fly screens (which should have been installed prior to handover) multiple areas which still need paint touch ups, missing caulking and an incomplete rangehood! These items were picked up prior to getting the keys and we were assured they would all get done in the coming days of receiving our keys. Very poor service and it is with much disappointment we write this review considering everything prior to moving in was exceptional but unfortunately we’re fed lies and broken promises and only saw the true colours after we received our keys.
