I appointed Kieran based on his knowledge of the market, strategic approach to running an auction campaign, good use of marketing tools but above all else was that he really cared about my precious asset and getting a good result. He was excellent at communicating through the campaign and wasn't afraid to share thoughts and news that I may or may not wanted to hear but needed to. Auction day was stress free as Kieran and his team had already told me how it was going to play out, so it was no surprise I was putting a Sold sticker on the board shortly after with a price well above reserve. I have no problem recommending Kieran and his team and would happily engage his services again.
