My husband and I used Shelly and Graham when we sold at oak valley. When my husband passed away last year, I wanted to relocate to Brisbane to be with my family. Did not bother to contact any other agents as I felt Shelley and Graham looked after us well last time. Managed to get a sale in a really bad market, so was able to move on. Found them honest, realistic and extremely hard working, also very understanding of my situation. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Great knowledge of local market and well respected.

Awesome Sales Experience
Shelly Lynham did a wonderful job marketing and selling my property at Riverside Gardens. In a slow market Shelly was able to achieve a great price for my house in a reasonable time frame. During the waiting process Shelly kept myself and I believe the buyer up to date on what was happening and really worked hard to ensure the sale was as smooth as possible. Shelly was able to recommend professionals that I needed along the way and offered to carry out works that needed doing. If I was to sell a house in Townsville again I would be happy to use Shelly and am also happy to recommend Shelly and Graham to anyone that is thinking of selling their home in Townsville.
