Job well done
Cheryl, Alison and Hayden from M H Thomas have always done an excellent job of managing my rental property over the last 7 years, they have always been prompt in response to any querys Ive made about the property and initiated any repair work quickly and economically. They have an excellent local knowledge of Gilgandra and its rental community and the benefit is receiving good tenants who are easy to accomodate. The sale of the property was also well managed by them and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Fantastic Real Estate Agent
MH Thomas have looked after my investment property for the past 11 years and have had a great tenant all this time in the rental. I had to look at retirement and ask Cheryl and Hayden to to list the property for sale which they carried out in a very professional manner resulting in a quick sale.
