We received very good service from Macarthur. We struggled to secure a rental in Wagga with atleast 15 rejections. I communicated with several other agents in the area and none were helpful and empathetic to our situation. Indiana was amazing and provided almost instant feedback and helping us to secure a property will like within 3 weeks. Once we moved in Benjamin was managing property affairs. He was very responsive responding to maintenance queries and getting them sorted promptly. He was happy to come to the house to sort out issues with keys. Very satisfied with the service.
