Something special about this family, they are caring and kind, and listen to your requests. They always go that little bit extra, whether it be put your bins out for you, or buy timers for lamps, or just an encouraging phonecall, updating you with any news about your property. They will ring you promptly after an inspection, and reply to a text or email straight away, something we have discovered not all agents are capable of doing. Amazingly, they even managed to sell our property whilst being in Germany and being under immense pressure due to family medical issues.
