Errol had been our agent from the very beginning of our home search in June 2025, and over the course of nearly a year he consistently went well beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. He brought a huge amount of local knowledge to the process and was always honest with us, even when that honesty probably made his own job harder. He was never afraid to tell us when a property was not right, whether it was in the wrong area, had serious structural problems, was wildly overpriced, or simply did not suit what we were actually looking for. There was never any pressure to make a quick decision or settle for something that was not right just to get a sale across the line. We had several setbacks along the way with other properties, all for reasons completely beyond his control, and through every one of them Errol remained patient, helpful and determined to keep looking. By the end, it genuinely felt like he had taken the mission personally and was just as invested as we were in finding us the right forever home. After nearly a year of searching, all of that effort finally paid off when he matched us with the perfect property at a very reasonable price. It was not just a house that happened to come onto the market. It was a property that genuinely suited us, our plans and what we had been looking for from the start. In an industry where there is often a lot of distrust toward real estate agents, Errol is a genuine breath of fresh air. He is knowledgeable, straightforward, patient, honest and clearly cares about getting the right outcome for his clients, rather than simply chasing the quickest sale. We could not recommend Errol highly enough, and we are incredibly grateful for the effort he put into helping us finally find the right home.

Gill gave us a realistic valuation and the process to go to market was very smooth and required very little involvement from us. The property was presented well and in the end with lots of interest and multiple offers, Gill provided clear guidance and held her nerve as the negotiation proceeded. Gill guided us throughout and made it very easy for us. We felt she was authentic throughout the process.
