Selling my sister's property in West Perth

My sister passed away in April 2019 and probate was granted later in October. As the executor I was instructed in her will to sell her property and realise the asset. I sought advice from a few real estate agents at that time as to what may be the best way to renovate the property to maximise the sale price. The agent that stood head and shoulders above the pack was Richard Self. Not because of his height but because of his professionalism and realistic approach. I decide to solely deal with Richard and following the renovations which were completed in late March we listed on April 14th 2020. We both agreed on the price point of sale and that proved correct as during the first week we had several offers of which 2 were in the ballpark. With Richard's expertise we massaged the price a little and an offer was accepted on 24th April. Settlement has just occurred today 17th June. I cannot praise Richard enough. He is a thoroughly reputable individual in whom one can place great trust. I would have absolutely no hesitation in utilising his services again or to recommend him to family and friends. He possess very good listening skills, is intuitive and confident. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Richard and I cannot commend more highly.
