Record breaking and prompt sale, cost-effective advice

I engaged Richard to tell a relative's apartment as their Administrator to fund their aged care costs. Richard was recommended the building manager and owner occupier Peter. I could also see that Richard's name was on multiple properties in the same building and West Perth in general. He visited the property promptly, have cost-effective advice (other companies insisted on staging for $5-10,000) whereas Richard recommended removing all furniture ($600) and managed to get a record price for a studio apartment in the building. Also, Richard refunded the unused portion of the advertising fees. Everything was included or he arranged/recommended a specific tradesman all for reasonable fees. Richard and his EA Max kept me informed throughout. Would definitely use again. Caroline
