Our property did sell quickly but at a significantly lower price than we were asking. We were disappointed to learn that our purchasers were told that we already had a contract on our new place and that we’d be likely to accept a low offer. We think this was unethical! We paid a substantial amount of money in agent’s fees for a fairly limited amount of work on our agent’s part.
