There is no direct contact with the person who is managing the property (we always go through the receptionist). In two different occasions, there was a delay from the the person who is managing the property saying that he did not see my email on time. Actually, I wanted to join the property inspection and I couldn't due to this communication gap. The property inspection was not done properly. The interior walls have scratches and the garage door handle is still broken and the previous tenant was not charged for that. I have written to your office regarding this more than a week ago and still waiting for a reply from the person who is managing the property. I am very disappointed! However, I am glad that I was asked to rate my experience and thanks for the opportunity. Hope things will improve from now on.

I've had my investment property managed by the team at Macquarie Real Estate for over 8 years now and have always received a high level of service from their property management team. Recently my long-term tenant vacated the property to buy their own place and I took the opportunity to update my property prior to the new tenants moving in. Not only did they secure a great new tenant for me, I was also able to increase my rental income by $40 a week! I've also sold a property using Macquarie Real Estate a few years ago and was well looked after by David Farruggia in their sales team, who obtained a very good price in the market at the time. They didn't charge me any up-front marketing fees like other agencies did, which meant I kept more money in my pocket! I can highly recommend Macquarie Real Estate both for sales and property management services!
