David has been incredibly helpful, supportive, understanding and reliable and nothing has been too much trouble for him. David has been available over the weekend, available after hours where needed, responded back to our questions promptly, liaised with our solicitor (along with the vendors) directly, reviewed documents for us taking the time to explain so we understand in full and has made our purchase easy especially during COVID lockdown challenges. We had been in the market for a few weeks and been to many open homes and there are definitely some Real Estate Agents we would not recommend that were rude and not doing things correctly and every time we had a negative experience we compared them to the awesome service we have received from David.
