We approached 3 agents for pricing, and selected David at Macquarie. No nonsense approach, everything happens very quickly. Almost daily update base touch with us on text, email, or calls. Always kept us up to date. Sold the home right in the middle of the price range he promised it was worth. Everything he told us was truthful and happened as he predicted. Looked after us with care, advice, and was just all round professional with everything about the process. When I sell next, I won't be shopping around, why waste time - straight to Macquarie, and requesting David to look after the sale. Couldn't ask for a better process.
