Above and Beyond!
If I had to sum up our experience with Madonna it would be - Prompt (always early, she values your time); Professional - she looks great, super presentable and friendly, yet very professional and courteous; Ethical - trustworthy - hard working - honest. Goes absolutely above the call of duty. I had Madonna working ALL DAY on the first Sat open as she was calling all 28 interested parties back and forth getting best and final offers. She then again worked all day on a very hot Sunday to get back to all of the eager awaiting, not very patient 2020 buyers to get the final best and final prices (10 made offers). She was relentless. We ended up selling our place in 2.5 days. She got us a price that far exceeded our expectations, which we needed as we are now buying in a very high, frenzy of a real estate market! Her after sale follow up has been impeccable. And I am sure she is really looking after our Buyer. I will be recommending Madonna to all of my friends for sales in our local southern Gold Coast area, she knows it like the back of her hand and I can trust she will look after each and every one of our referrals as VIP. Efficient, honest, results beyond expectation
We approached Madonna to sell our investment property. She gave us so much valuable advice for ways we could improve the appearance of our property. She made the whole process seamless. We had a contract on our property for an above expected price within 4 days from our initial discussion. This allowed us to not even have to go to market which was favourable for our current tenants.
