The Best Agent
Jackie Branden was the agent I picked to sell my last house before I ventured into a Retirement Village..What most stood out with Jackie is that she listened to me about any worries or qualms I was feeling at the time and she relayed back only optimism and reality. Jackie Branden is the best in the business
As my review title states, Jackie Branden, from Ray White Port Noarlunga is the best in the business by far. We have had the pleasure of using Jackie's proffessional services for the sale of 3 of our properties now and I must say, she has definately gone over and above with all of our expectations involved with selling our homes. The most exciting suprise of all was with our propert at 11 Alan Street, Port Noarlunga, when we had our property appraised by 3 separate / independent agents and 1 of them was Jackie. The 2 other agents told us a ball-park figure of what price we should expect, but Jackie, who has a lot of local knowledge in the Port Noarlunga area, aimed our expectations high with our property, which was by no means a modern home, but was in a sort after area of Port Noarlunga. Jackie sent the property to Auction, but had negotiated and sold our property for nearly $40,000 higher than other agents had apraised the property to sell for, prior to the property reaching Auction. This price absolutely blew us away! This is proof that choosing the right agent, such as Jackie Branden from Ray White Port Noarlunga, will not anly create a great friendship with your agent, but with Jackie achieving some of the prices, like she has with selling 3 of our properties now, it can be life changing, with the potential of what types of properties you can move on to afford in the future. Jackie, we thank you dearly for the great advice, your professionalism and most of all, your freindship that has carried on, even after the sale of all of our properties. This is the reason why, we will always choose You Jackie and recommend you to any person wishing to sell their properties, as we did with 1 of our close family, who were also extremely impressed with what you were able to achieve. Awesome agent
Jackie takes the stress out of buying and selling. Her clear communication and availability to answer all our queries, ensured a smooth transition to property ownership for us (for the second time with Jackie). Excellent, Friendly and Professional
Jackie Branden was Excellent in every way during the purchase of our NEW home and would with out doubt call on her again for any other purchase in the future. Jackie was informative and in contact with the seller on our behalf so as to allow contractors in to the property to measure up items for when we took ownership of the house. I would even say Jackie has now become a good friend of the family.
