A job well done. Karen is a great agent and made our selling experience a good one. She knows what to say, when to say it and encourage a good sale for your sellers. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs a GOOD agent who works hard to get the best outcome for the seller. We were told when NOT to accept an offer (even though it was a good one) and go for a better one. She was right and we achieved a sale much higher than anticipated. We were very happy she kept us informed of every thing that was happening. I'm not so happy with the company she works for and would have a hard time recommending them. However, we will use Karen to sell our remaining properties, with whatever agency she is with.
