Sandy was recommended to us and even though her agency is not in our local area, this was not a problem - she immediately understood our needs and marketed our house to perfection. We found her to be efficient and we liked the way she communicated with us from the outset. Sandy arrived at our house with a clear plan. She showed us a plan with a week of advertising, three open house showiings in the following week and negoitiating with offers the day after the final inspection, We thought this as a bit optimistic but she and her team delivered selling our home in just over 2 weeks from initial advert to sale, She is a great communicator, always reachable and seemed very clear about our needs. She kept us informed regularly and went above and beyond our expectations by: - getting us a painter with 24 hours notice so we could touch up areas before the photo shoot. - Introducing us to a brilliant stylist (Clare from Kixo Styling) who did a great job of presenting our home at its best. Team Sandy (Sandy, Emma and Becky) delivered on our expectations and using Emma Bedford for local knowledge was another example of the professional standards offered by Macgain. Scott has a great knowledge of the Christies beach area & current market pricing. The video showcasing our beachside home along with Scott’s presentation was a highlight & we found Scott to be professional throughout the whole process. Special mention to Bec as well for keeping us informed & ensuring it was a great transition from start to finish.
