We immediately knew that Karen was the agent we would go with selling our casa. Karen had already obtained pertinent information about the property before our first meeting, and was therefore able to provide an estimation of its value with a suggested listing price. This was followed up by an appraisal letter with additional information about marketing strategy and costs within 2 hours of the first meeting.
