Sandy was personable and friendly from day one. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market in the area and knows the 'who, where and when' of things. We had one or two issues with back-end admin (e.g. typos on paperwork), but Sandy got straight onto them and had them remedied expediently. Sandy kept us up to date with how things were going at all times and, importantly, gave us the freedom to make our own decisions re ways forward without any pressure. She was always happy to share her advice and opinion but was equally happy for us to hold the reins. At the end of the day Sandy helped us achieve a good result and looking back, the process was painless. It helped a lot that Sandy was available and focused on solutions at all times. Sandy will have a successful career in real estate because of her natural ability to connect with people. Houses can sell themselves in this market, but Sandy smooths the way and manages to make the transaction calm and pleasant.
