Scott was referred to me via a friend, after we had been having many issues with our existing agent. Scott came to the rescue and put his money where is mouth is. He truly went above and beyond to get our house sold with our asking price. He did this even with it being on the market for a period of time with another agent. I wish we knew about him from the beginning. I was so stressed and Scott and Amy just lifted the stress away and were honest and realistic about the market. if you want your place sold by someone who knows what they are doing Scott is your man! He isn't a just wait for an offer and do nothing agent. He will hunt and chase every lead. His skill is to work in the muddy difficult areas. Scott was great during the buying process. He arranged opens for us at our request, and answered all questions....was very helpful. Once the contract was signed however, there was some confusion as to who to contact with enquiries, and ultimately it was Amy who became the go-between then, but this was not made clear to us initially. Amy was very good trying to negotiate between us and the unhelpful previous owners. Over all, we would recommend Scott and Amy. They do make a good team.
