We were really disappointed with the way Scott dealt with majority of us purchasing the property we asked the for sale sign remain up it never had a sold sticker on it and once I rang Scott to ask if one was being put up he said I've put one up but the sign will be taken down the next day so we went cause we wanted a photo with our sign and sold sticker on it and the sign was gone. Everything was to much of a hassle and overall disappointing and would never recommend Scott to any of our family and friends. Negotiation was more of an abrupt almost argument he was working for the current owner and not helpful to us in any way! We had some trouble when it come to settlement I rang Scott for something and he answered and continued to speak about us and the situation while I was waiting for him to say hello how rude!
