Scott sold my first house in 2013, after using another company for awhile with a very poor response,Scott came around very professional and very friendly and sold the house on first open at a much better price than the previous agent had it advertised for. We found dealing with Scott and Bec to be a dream. They were efficient, professional, patient, knowledgeable, super lovely but most importantly outcome driven. We were ecstatic at our result which they got us so quickly, selling after only 1 open inspection. They were able to do this because Scott is an expert in the area - he knew exactly how to price and market our property and used his relationships built through his years of experience to help us achieve our goal (and more), and he worked very hard to achieve this for us. Scott was able to negotiate a tricky settlement in a mutually beneficial way and we were impressed by his integrity and the ethical manner in which he conducted himself. Dealing with Bec once the sale was made has been wonderful - she is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great client focussed attitude. Excellent result! Scott and Bec handled everything including Painting, new floor coverings, tiding up the gardens and even new lighting which made a massive difference to the feel of the property. Their styling was excellent and really showed off the house’s full potential. Communication was brilliant! From the first meeting, there was a plan laid out to gain maximum value. The cost of all work done was clearly communicated at every step of the way and there were no surprises. I can’t thank them enough for making the whole process extremely easy and super stress free.
