Magnolia May Property is owned by Principal Lawri Jones. Lawri is a local Lockyer Valley girl who loves all things property and she is super excited to open her very own boutique agency. SHE’S THE BEST

I recently had to arrange the sale of my deceased Dads home, a sad and difficult time. Vivienne just made it happen with a minimum of fuss. Let’s downsize

It was time to down size our home after 22 years and still live in the area. We saw a home that was advertised and from our first contact with Lawri we knew she was all about her vendors needs. We challenged her with not only purchasing our new home but also selling ours. Lawri’s experience and professionalism made this all possible from private viewings, open homes, recommending solicitors, answering any of our enquiries either via phone or emails, displaying great communication either by herself or her lovely colleagues and making this all possible. Went the extra mile

A pleasure to work with, went over and beyond what we expected.

Great Communicator Who Delivers

From our initial contact with Viv we found her very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable as well as being an excellent communicator. Importantly Viv is never pushy or bossy and is always concerned with our wants and needs rather than some other agenda, such as a quick sale or a particular marketing strategy. Viv also has the ability to make the daunting prospect of de-cluttering, selling and moving seem exciting. Viv ensured she responded promptly to all our queries, whether by phone or in person, and went to some lengths to send us a weekly email update of enquiries and inspections. We highly recommend Viv and Magnolia May Real Estate.
