We are not quite there yet, we still have 56 days to settlement and move in. But Mike and the team have been there for us from the start, and it is appreciated. If it wasn’t Mike on site with us showing us through and introducing the seller, Lisa Sandford was always available to help us as well. Nothing seems to be a problem to the Crowne team. They are responsive, demonstrate a strong knowledge of the property, market and the seller. Though one thing stands out with these guys, that seems to be lacking in other REs is their willingness to communicate, listen and act accordingly for both parties. Kay is the most helpful and supportive agent/person I have had the pleasure of dealing with, not just as her client but as someone on a personal level. She really took the time to understand my situation and helped me through the stages of sale.

We were looking for our new home in the Fernvale area, after selling our farm in Northern NSW. We looked through countless internet sites for homes for sale in the area, with the idea of taking a weekend trip to inspect some homes as possible contenders. One particular home stuck out for us, but there was open house details on the ad. We rang Kay to enquire about it and she explained the situation to us (this was a Saturday). She said that she would contact the sellers to see if we could arrange a private inspection on the Sunday morning, which was agreed upon. We arrived at the address on the Sunday morning to be greeted by Kay, and after a 45minute walkaround of the property we made a formal offer, which Kay notified the selling owner of and was accepted. Kay went way above our expectations in the process of arranging the inspection and answering our questions when making our offer. Ben was very familiar with the area and was able to answer all our questions about living in Fernvale. His time with us was not rushed so we were never under any pressure. Naomi, I have only met and spoken to on one occasion. She was very friendly and relaxed even though at the time she was speaking to both the buyer and the seller
