We couldn’t be happier with the result of selling our home! She was efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Best of all, she achieved a sale price above our asking price—an amazing result that we were absolutely thrilled with. Her hard work and dedication made such a difference, and we’re so grateful for everything she did. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

Christine was excellent to work with as usual. Christine had been my rental property manager for quite sometime. When it came the time to sell Christine was all over it and very competent in every facet of preparing the property to get top dollar in the current market at the time. I did my bit in getting my trades on board to carry out the necessary scope of works required. I have always trusted Christine and enjoyed all my property dealings with her and had every confidence in her sales ability, market knowledge and sales advice when the potential buyers came to the table. It was a no brainer to give Christine the sole rights to the sale of my property I did not even think of considering of other real estate agents. When the final figure was announced I had got overs and at the final minutes more offers of a higher number $$$$ came in we but chose not to be greedy and accept the offer just in case I had lost the other buyer. Crack the champers and Smile Happy days. So do not hesitate in talking shop with Christine you will not regret it. Even after the property sale we still remain friends and I intend on promoting the friendship which is not difficult as the same feeling is mutual from Christine. Ok best of luck in the future everyone and do yourself a favour if your sitting on the fence. Give Christine a call , Just do It ! you will have no regrets. Then Smile. Just like I did myself. Cheers from AC

Christine sold our rental property in Lismore NSW. As we live interstate, Christine was instrumental in finding local trades to undertake some improvements after long-term tenants moved out. Christine went above and beyond to support the sale, and kept us informed at every stage.
