Adrian was a pleasure to work with, can highly recommend!

Adrian was very friendly and professional throughout the process of us buying the house. Very responsive to calls, emails and messages, he answered all of our queries during the inspections and gave us important information about what we can expect when we move in. Even once the contract was signed, Adrian was very helpful with any questions we had. Can highly recommend him as a great real estate agent!

Robyn is professional, hardworking and personable.

From the outset I have felt Robyn to be genuine and honest, so I had no hesitation in listing our property with her. On reading some of the glowing reviews about her business ability and people skills, I have to agree, so it is hard to find anything new to add to her many positive reviews. One thing I did like was Robyn’s capacity to be a bit flexible in the way the process was handled. The advantage of using a smaller agency like Robyn's is that you get Robyn's expertise at every point in the process.

More Than Just a Selling Agent — Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

We had an exceptional experience working with Ning in the sale of our home. She is truly an agent who is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. From the very beginning, Ning provided us with very thorough and helpful information—not only about the agent’s fee and the selling process, but also about many practical things we needed to prepare our home for sale, including cleaning, removalists, styling and other services. Throughout the whole process, Ning guided us step by step and was always there whenever we needed advice or information. She is extremely responsive, efficient and proactive. Whenever we had a question, she responded very quickly and made sure things were followed up promptly. Ning also has an excellent network of contacts. Whenever we needed a stylist, cleaner or other service provider, she was able to connect us quickly with reliable companies, which made the whole selling process much easier and less stressful for us. What we also really appreciated was her honesty and transparency. Ning always told us things as they were, with no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises. Especially in the current challenging property market, she continuously monitored the market, kept us informed, and guided us carefully so that we could make the best decisions and achieve the best possible result. Ning genuinely puts her clients’ interests first. She goes above and beyond, and the level of service she provides is outstanding. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism, dedication, efficiency and care throughout the entire process.
