Genuine conversation with clear knowledge in regards to local and essential services.
My agent understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me to find it. Her knowledge of all local services and how to access them has been invaluable. She was particularly clear about the necessary requirements that are a must have when purchasing a parcel of land in a country town which was very new for me. I found her work colleges helpful and I was able to contact them with any questions leading up to the settlement also helped me to engage the correct legal professionals. I can genuinely recommend Ann-Maree as a trusted real estate agent to engage in Blackbutt Qld.

Ann-maree Norris and team were fast, efficient, curteous, and just lovely to work with
Ann-maree was especially great in negotiations, she was exacting in her knowledge about today's market and communication with us was tops and could not be understated. Ann-maree went above and beyond any agent we have dealt with in the past (we have sold and bought at least 6 properties in our time so far, making it we have had at least 12 different agents). I would recommend Ann-maree and her team to anyone wanting to buy or sell.
