Alex showed up fully prepared when he met us and inspected our property for the first time. He was interested in every little detail of the house in order to market it in the right way. There was no cheesy sales pitch but instead he provided us with a realistic prognosis of how much we can expect to get for the house (in this very difficult market right now).
