Generally it was good working with Sandy and I understand he did his best. Sandy was very passionate, eager to sell the property. But the one more thning that I wish is it would be better if I could have feedback after each inspection regardless of the number of the offer or people who came for inspection. I had to contact him re inspection many times. As a vendor, especially when the market isn't good, every inspection, every opinion, each individual is important to me. However, I didn't get the feedback after inspection from him so I had to contact him. When I sold other property before I had received feedback every time whether the feedback was good or not. That's why my rate is 4 out of 5
