Highly recommend Alex
Amazing agent who sold our property in a difficult market. Kept us informed and communicated to us the whole way through. Alex suggested options and gave us advice based on the market situation in order for us to achieve a sale that we would be happy with. Best Agent in Sydney
Sandy has been looking after our investment property since July 2014, he has strong knowledge and very professional attitude, which triggers very good communication between us and our tenant during the following 4 years. In 2018, we decided to sell this property, Sandy helped us to understand the expectations in current market, helped us to do styling and all needed work incl. painting and backyard work, all made the house a nice presence to inspectors. Buyer was secured just after 2 open houses (actually more than 3 groups were showing strong interests towards the house), thinking about the winter season and keeping dropping down market in Sydney, this is really an outstanding result! Our property was sold at a reasonable price, comparing to another townhouse in same street number, which has been sitting on the market for Over half a year, this is really a very satisfying result! Thank you Sandy! Also I highly appreciate Sandy has been our friend thereafter, although we don’t have any more properties in this suburb, when we have questions on our other propeties， Sandy is always there providing advice and sharing his knowledge, his experience with us! We’re so lucky to have Sandy looking our property rental and sales, we wish Sandy every success in his career!
