Joseph was recommended by a friend. We found him easy to deal with and up front about what to expect for our older property. He suggested small changes to make the home more presentable and we did those plus a few more which I think helped the sale. We had an offer after the first home open although not from the home open but a viewing on the website which led to a private inspection and an offer. Although the time to secure finance has dragged out with the banks, it all came through so we didn't need to re-open the home again. The whole transaction flowed smoothly.
