Like all Real Estate Agents, Joseph tends to want to go for a quick sale rather than hold out for a better price. Unlike other agents Joseph was happy to accept my instructions and skillfully and patiently negotiated a significantly better price from the buyer. Other agents I've worked with in the past have argued with me and even become angry! Joseph is a very personable agent and one of the few who is able to generate trust. His knowledge of the market I found to be extensive and he is highly credible and open. He was willing to spend the time to discuss the property and how its potential sale could be enhanced. Despite my being in Victoria for most of the time the property in Perth was for sale, Joseph maintained regular and positive communication. In short, Joseph sets a standard many other agents would do well to emulate. I recommend him and would happily use his services again should I ever have another property in Perth to sell.
