Absolutely wonderful
From the moment I requested to view the property, Tina worked around my work hours. As this was the first time I have purchased a property on my own, Tina walked through the steps that I need to go through to submit an offer and submitting a counter offer to the owners. We went through pre settlements checks, then after settlement Tina met me at the property to make sure I have the keys and that I was happy. I will recommend Tina to anyone that needs to purchase or sell a property

Great - very personable, clear and straight talking
Various friends recommended his work. Easy to relate to and deal with. Good knowledge of pricing and state of the market for all the Perth area. After viewing the property gave advice on house areas to clean/paint or leave, a real price range and expected time till sale. Laid out all costs involved up front and explained the process and documentation needed. Sale happened without a hitch.

Test of time
Majestic Central managed my rental property for over 14 years. I always had respectful tenants who looked after the property and forwarded all dues on time.
