We've known Claude for good many years but didn't experience any sale until just recently. We contacted Claude for a brief chat about the prospect of selling our property as stated above. Without any hesitation he offered his services. He called in the following day for further discussions to advise and direct us the best avenue to achieve a good positive return for the property. Much to our surprise, within seventy two hours Claude rang to advise he has three interested parties to purchase the property, all offering about the same price, except for one buyer offering slightly more. The offering price was above our expectation, but Claud was not impressed with the offer and advised us that he'll call them with a figure higher than what was offered. He called us back to advise us that he was successful in obtaining a higher offer. Claude works hard and goes above and beyound his ability to look after his clients.
