Excellent level of service
In all my dealings with Rodney during the course of inspecting and purchasing my house I found him to be very helpful, professional, respectful and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble and if I had any queries about the house and / or property, if he didn't know the answer, he was happy to contact the owners for the information and let me know as soon as he had found out. Rodney's interpersonal skills are great as is his sense of humour! I enjoyed my interactions with him during the potentially very stressful process of buying a house and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Professional and perfect
We highly recommend Rodney and Catherine to sell your property. They came very highly recommended to us and we found them to be very professional in all respects. Rodney kept us informed via a weekly meeting and worked hard to bring clients through our home. At times when we were unable to be at the property, Rodney opened up the home for the viewing and then locked up again. We found Rodney and Catherine to be very courteous punctual and respectful and always helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Two sales and purchase
Rodney is a great agent. I sold two properties with him, after buying our new one through him and seeing how much money he got for those owners, from us! He is unlike other agents, whereas he understands that there is an ‘emotional price’ that a buyer will pay and he supported me in achieving the money my property deserved. This figure was between 10-20% more than other agents considered I would achieve, that was well over $100,000! I would use Rodney again and cannot recommend him highly enough. He’s a good, honest man with integrity.
