He is a true real estate professional, a fantastic judge of character, and has a knack for sizing people up and knowing how to put them at ease. Through being a hands on manager, Peter is actively involved in developing systems for property management, mentoring staff and extracting profits for vendors when acting as the company auctioneer. Philip Kouvelis is the managing director of Philip Kouvelis Real Estate and commenced his career in real estate in Canberra in March 1973. Philip is regarded as one of Canberra's most experienced practicing real estate agents, with expertise in residential sales, auctions and property management. Philip has a reputation as being a fair and very ethical negotiator who listens to people and successfully finalises transactions. Philip opened his first office in 1979, acquired his Deakin office in 1986 (where he remained until 2006) and established the Garran office in 1999 where Philip Kouvelis Real Estate now trades from. Wonderful Real Estate agent

Moira displayed professionalism as soon as we asked her to act as our agent in selling our apartment. She quoted a reasonable rate and displayed good knowledge of sales figures and what clients were searching for. She has an extensive data base of clients and met with them immediately to inform them of our property being available. In a very short time she secured a sale at a price we did not expect. She has gone above and beyond her duty to make life easy for us as we live interstate. We would not hesitate to recommend her..

What a relief! I wish I'd found Moira Maloney sooner

I was quite nervous selling my first property after being burned by real estate agents in the past. As soon as I met Moira, it was clear she knows the local market intimately. She was honest and open throughout the whole process, with regular communication with me. I was selling from interstate, so couldn't be there for any of the preparation. Moira took care of everything, small faults were sorted, workmen arranged quickly and at appropriate cost, she even arranged my staging! The best part - Moira found me a buyer before we even began our marketing campaign. I could not be happier. I only wish I'd found Maloney's real estate while I was renting out my property.
