It started with our recent purchase of our new home in Canberra. From the Open House late Saturday afternoon chats about one of us moving from Sydney to Canberra, to helping us secure the purchase before the stress of an auction, to arranging a long settlement so we could organise our Sydney sale, your service was first class. As each day goes by, we love our new home even more. Next step for us was planning the sale of our Canberra apartment. After our initial experience we believed there was only one Agent for us and we were right. Jason El-Khoury was everything you want in an agent especially during the market changes happening in 2026. We had honest conversations about valuation expectations and thankfully our beliefs were aligned. Jason told us what needed to be done and encouraged us do it quickly. There was no over promising or over hoping. In the end we got the price we discussed and while perhaps a year earlier it may have been more this was the year to be realistic and together the 3 of us got the job done quickly. We loved our place in Franklin and while we are sad to say goodbye, we know it will be a special place for new people soon as we have our new home to enjoy. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jason, for making an exhausting 2026 end so well. You choreographed the purchases and sales with expertise and thoughtfulness beyond your young years. Keep being you and while I don’t see more real estate in our future, I do hope our paths cross every now and then. Finding a new home can sometimes be an emotional and unpleasant experience. Treston changed that this for me and restored my experience. I found Treston an asset to my process when I found my dream home. For me he was honest, had great open communication, answered any inquires I had, not was pushy, knew the area and shared local things that he thought I would like. I would definitely work with him again.

Young Matthew impressed me the most. he was attentive and responded to all my questions. Showed interest in me as a person and He was not on his mobile home while the people were coming in and out of the property. I found that the responses were slow to come at times. I think that having to many people on promoting the same property can be confusing and may be the deal is not as smooth as it could be. Two to three people are Ok. But I dealt with several agents and at times I felt lost since different people come into play. There was a long period of silence. The beginning the agent were quite engaging but in the middle period the communication died a little bit until a day or two before the auction. Then I had numerous phone calls and communication exchanges. The most important aspect in the real estate business is to value the customer, not to make the client feel like a commodity.
