Peace of mind
We had tenants from both of our properties give notice on the same day. Ancke gave us a detailed overview of the market and suggested rates and got us marketed within days. On the first day of inspections we got updates straight away with a good overview of the potential tenants and signed contracts early the next week. We’ve been with Manage Me for a number of years and this is typical of the service they provide. We never feel worried about our properties and know they are in good hands.

Seamless and stress free
Once our previous tenants advised their intention to vacate, there was no procrastination on the part of our agent Ancke who immediately put all wheels in motion relisting our property for lease. Ancke is the complete professional and kept us informed the whole way with progress on the letting. She advised us of necessary upgrades to the property and was more than happy to accommodate requests we made regarding some renovations and repairs. She respected our views and took into account the type of neighbourhood that our strata property is in and which tenants would be best suited to the complex maintaining the harmony and peaceful environment. Ancke did her research with comparable lettings before advertising the property. She fully informed herself of all details of the property so that she could confidently answer all questions from potential tenants. A great outcome was achieved for us!

Professional team
