About Kate

Kate has worked in all areas of the Real Estate Industry for the past 15 years. Six years ago, her passion for Real Estate led to Kate creating her own unique Agency - Managed by Kate. Specialising in all areas of Property Investment, creating a one point of contact service for Investor's from purchasing, Management of their investment right through to the Sale of their Property. A unique and award winning agency - MBK has now been awarded Rate My Agents - Agency of the Year for Gunnedah from 2019 - 2024. Continuous training and self growth saw Kate in October 2022, attend the United States to represent small business owners from Australia, participating in a world wide Leadership program at the Walt Disney Institute and the RMUC 2022 Conference for Agents - personally learning from some of the biggest agencies within the United States and the world - to ensure that her clients have the most cutting edge seamless services + technology available Internationally. On her return Kate was nominated for Property Manager of the Year with IGT 2023 and became a Finalist, as well as being a Finalist for the PMP Lia Storer Memorial Award, a very special award which recognises strength, resilience and strength - in which she WON. Kate and the team have been so fantastic to deal with, Kate always answers her phone and is always fantastic to talk to,even when she is very busy, and her passion for property managment is very evident, Kate gives a 100 percent in all rental managment and sales,myself being based hours away,Kate has handled everthing for me so hassle free, organising any repairs and maintenance ,so i cant speak any highly of her, finding a great tennant,completley stress and hassle free,I would strongly recommend MANAGED BY KATE,for any property managment,and real estate sales

Exceptional

Kate went over and beyond our expectations. She was all over the handover from the builder to us. She did not let up till she had what she wanted and expected for us. She continued to help us with great tenants and up to date feedback with what was needed to facilitate the situation. I would really recommend her to all. Truely professional and exceptional

Outstanding.

Manage by Kate, efficiency was remarkable. Rachael was thorough yet still expedited the paperwork and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a very quick signing of lease documents. The rental is fantastic and I am very happy with both the place and Managed by Kate who have been very helpful since moving in. Highly recommended.

Kate makes being a landlord easy!

Kate from Managed by Kate contacted us and advised that our tenant was moving out and asked if we were happy for her to advertise to find another tenant. Throughout the whole process Kate kept in contact with us and after vetting prospective new tenants advised us on her recommendation. Despite the old tenant leaving the house in a bit of a state plus some ongoing maintenance issues that needed to be taken care off, the new tenant was signed up on a new lease and in a reasonably short time frame was all moved in. Kate made the whole experience quick and easy and as stress-free as possible for both us and the tenant. You can't go wrong with Kate!
