Agencies in Gillieston Heights, NSW, 2321

As a first-time property investor, I was naturally nervous about handing over my brand-new dual-key property to a management team. The team at Valley Estate Agents completely blew me away. Their communication is incredibly proactive, precise, and fast. They stepped in immediately during the vacancy period, taking total ownership of the required insurance compliance checks and property maintenance so I didn't have to stress. They did an outstanding job reviewing and securing high-quality tenants right on schedule, turning a complex process into a seamless, hands-off experience. They truly act as the ultimate gatekeepers for my asset, and I can't recommend them highly enough to any landlord looking for absolute peace of mind

After having some less than average experiences with agents out of state, when our rental property in Gillieston Heights came up for rent we interviewed so many agents in the area to make sure we were in good hands. BOY did we make a great choice. Nicole and her team at Valley Estate Agents are hands on, proactive and true gatekeepers of our properties. From fast communication to high quality tenants, detail oriented tech based inspections and reporting, as well as the friendly, accountable and accessible team at the ready. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality, morals and standards of VEA. They are avocators for both tenant and landlord (which is so important), full of up to date knowledge and take the stress out of property investing. Things always pop up with property management, but I feel good knowing that when they have, I know about it quickly with an offer of help and its not swept under a rug which keeps all parties happy. I've put so many people onto them already and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone else who needs a professional on their investment team. Many thanks!

Courtney Bradbury goes above and beyond for her clients. Nothing is a problem and she responds in a timely manner. I would recommend her to anyone.

from first interactions and always All staff from the Agency have been warm and friendly and extrememly respectful. They were amazing communicators and process was extremely fast and easy to work with.

From the very first phone call to the day we moved into our brand new home, Sophie and Courtney have been absolutely brilliant. They made the entire process feel so easy with their professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine care. No question was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to help and keep us updated every step of the way. Moving can be stressful, but Sophie and Courtney made it an exciting and enjoyable experience. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and are so grateful for everything they did. We highly recommend Sophie and Courtney to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive real estate team.

All of the staff i have met so far have been lovely and professional. They made this side of things easy, in an otherwise stressful transition of finding a new rental property and moving. Any maintenance requests have been handled promptly and with no issues.

I haven’t had to contact L J Hooker many times as there haven’t been any issues. When calling, they are always happy to help with enquires or issues

Everyone has been very helpful and easy to work with.
