I bought a property in October, settled in Jan. Being my 1st property I was little unaware of things but was initially comfortable with Dinesh. The owner was not agreeing for re-inspection and my final inspection happened on last day post settlement deadline. He promised the issues like garage would be fixed but it did not happen. Moving into house 15-20 days later, we found out huge leakage in the ceiling, which I had to get it fixed with my own money as I got no reply from the agent. Revisiting the chain of events from 1st inspection to today, I feel this transaction deserves 1 star as I feel cheated. If the agent was aware of the issues he should have told us, if he wasn’t aware of the issues then he missed assessing the property by long shot. Either ways I am not a happy customer.
