Manning Valley Property and Livestock were commissioned to sell my property at 66 Queen St Wingham, and previously two rural properties at Bobin. All three properties sold with a satisfactory outcome. Darren Wamsley was at all times thorough and professional. I was given sound advice regarding the state of the market, leading to realistic expectations on my part. Although the sale took longer than expected due to a declining market, I was pleased when a sale was achieved through Auction.
