I have known and worked with Sharron Pike of C21 Seven Hills since 2014 when I purchased a house and then built a Granny Flat which I then rented out. At that point Sharron started managing my GF rental property. She and I were always able to work through issues with tenants, inspections and my responsibilities without much fuss. I went on to buy another property and then for 21 months became the tenant in my old premises. So as a tenant I also found Sharron to be reasonable with her expectations of the upkeep along with consistently giving adequate notice when the regular rental inspections were due. I would gladly recommend Sharron and the team to property owners seeking rental management or tenants looking for a secure place to live.

We were really annoyed with the process of looking for a new house. But when Talieh showed us this house, we were really impressed by it. All document formalities were well guided and instructed by Taylor Real Estate. Even after moving into the new property, Talieh was extremely helpful in setting up repair works which were required at that moment and Taylor Real estate kept following up about the repairs which made us feel are well-taken care of which we never felt with any other property agent.
