As first time landlords, we didn't have much knowledge about the rental market and putting our property up for lease. Ryan was fantastic in explaining the process to us and happily answered any of our questions. As we were trying to find a larger place to move in to and rent ourselves plus find a tenant for our apartment, we were really keen to get this done with as little overlap as possible. All within a week, Ryan and Aimee arranged for photos to be taken, put our apartment up online, held the first open home and secured a quality tenant. This took the stress out of everything for us which helped us greatly with getting sorted for our move. Both Ryan and Aimee have been so easy to deal with and are so easy to get in contact with whenever we need. We would highly recommend Manor to anyone looking for a property manager.

Kylie was so helpful and determined to ensure we had a positive result.
