As a first time landlord, it all felt very easy - the Manor team organised everything, and I was guided through each step along the way (e.g. setting expectations on how much rent could be achieved based on their knowledge of the market, being kept in the loop on prospective tenants and how the campaign was progressing, organising the tenant agreement, etc). Overall, it required very little effort from me, and I felt an excellent result was achieved. Would highly recommend to all other prospective landlords in the area.

Ryan and the team were absolutely excellent. As first time landlords, Ryan came out and talked us through the whole process as well as providing enough information for the different decisions along the way and provided the guidance that we needed. He also assisted us with contacts for locksmiths, cleaners, landlord insurance, and tax depreciation services by providing information and options but allowing us to make informed choices. Our property was rented out within a week and we were able to secure some great tenants. We feel so relieved that the team from Manor are looking after our property from regular inspections, responding to requests and coordinating our bills. Outstanding service!
