As a first time landlord, it all felt very easy - the Manor team organised everything, and I was guided through each step along the way (e.g. setting expectations on how much rent could be achieved based on their knowledge of the market, being kept in the loop on prospective tenants and how the campaign was progressing, organising the tenant agreement, etc).
