We had four different agents come and quote on selling our house. Scott was the standout and we selected him without hesitation his honest approach and warm nature. From the outset he freely gave of his time with tips and advice on how to present our property for sale. He had a very clear formula for how the sale would go - and boy was he right! We had photos Monday, listed on a Tuesday, had open home that night with almost 20 groups through! Wednesday we had some re-visits and serious offers by that night. By Thursday the deal was done - above our expectations and with no cooling off period. Absolute peace of mind! Scott went the extra mile following up with every group through the process - going back and forth to be sure we got the best deal. His energy was amazing. Scott was there the whole time - for the open home, the inspections, the signing - right through the settlement process to moving day. He was always available on the phone whenever I called or sent him a message. I would recommend Scott to anyone selling their home - he is a true gentleman of the industry!
