After listing, he clearly outlined his recommended strategy for marketing our house and dealt with us at all times in a very professional, respectful and yet friendly manner. I first met Zach when he came to conduct a market appraisal of my property. I was immediately impressed by his professional presentation, in depth market knowledge and friendly personality. I attended more than 15 auctions where Zach was the marketing lead man, assisted by his team from Manor Real Estate Matt, Joel, David, Lachlan and the whole supporting staff. Having attended more than 100 auctions in the last 5 years I knew that Zach and his team, together with his fantastic auctioneer Ben, were the team for me when I was ready to sell. Zach did not give an unrealistic expectation of the achievable price for my property. He did a great job with marketing, his team always prepared to go the extra mile. The bottom line is he got me a great result and I was very happy.
