We decided to move out of Sydney and rent our property using Manor and found them to be extremely professional, diligent and honest in everything that they did. Our situation changed and we decided to then sell our property so started working with Igor on the sales process. Due to living far away I braced for the challenges that not being there would bring but to my delight I found that we seamlessly transitioned into the sales process with no disruption. i.e There was no stress, no anxiety as we were informed of everything that was happening along the way. I also appreciated that whenever a challenge did come up, Igor would have already thought through multiple scenario’s and suggestions to help us. The key thing that impressed me with Manor/Igor was that they treat your house as if it’s their own property. This was evidenced multiple times in conversations when we discussed marketing, potential buyers and ‘tyre kicker’s’. At the end of the day I was VERY impressed with the price we got. But I was even more impressed when the final invoice came through and there were no hidden charges, shocks or disputes. I’ve never has this happen before and feel that this is a testament to how well Igor and the team run their business and deal with their customer’s in an honest straight forward way. Thank you

Kevin is very professional to understand clients needs and expectations, flexible to prosecute way of marketing the house, as clients wish. Aproach clients with very friendly manner and kindness. Also-- his visual appearance, body language and verbal conversation are at very high standard, outstanding II could say. It come to my attention, that Kevin gave opportunity to his jnior co-worker Jordan to develop work experience with selling.Jordan was put so much effort to look for bayer, that our house was sold within 16 days on the market. Jay sold our home off market with one open home for a better price than we expected. If anything we thought Jay was a typical sales person, over promising to get the listing but he agreed to two week exclusivity period and he backed himself and his team. He and his team were always available to help and went above and beyond. We can not thank them enough and if you are looking to sell in The Hills then they should be your only call.
