Ash is one of the best communicators and hardest working professionals I have ever met! I chose to list our home with Ash for these two reasons, plus I don't know of any other agency that would provide the level of access to potential buyers that Manor real estate does. I had four very convenient open home times scheduled every week from the signing of the agency agreement- two on every Saturday and one every Sunday (plus a weekday evening). Further to this, Ash is always contactable and supportive to vendors and purchasers. Ash literally did everything for me. I never thought it was possible to have a completely stress-free property sale until I signed with Ash. I never had to chase him for an update. I have complete confidence in his ability and he superseded my expectations.
